Your privacy is important to me.  My goal is to earn and keep your trust, according to the following principles:

  • I will never trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes

  • I will make every available effort to see that your personal information is secure.

  • I do not collect sensitive information such as credit card information or personal financial information on this site.

  • I do not store any of your personal information on my web server.

  1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    Justice Advocacy for Special Ed is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth my current privacy practices with regard to the information I collect when you or your computer interact with my website. By accessing Justice Advocacy for Special Ed,/JusticeAFSE.org, you acknowledge and fully understand Justice Advocacy for Special Ed's Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement.

  2. PARTICIPATING MERCHANT POLICIES
    I do not at this time work with participating merchants. However, related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in Justice Advocacy for Special Ed services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since I do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, I am not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. I recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.

  3. INFORMATION I COLLECT AND HOW I USE IT
    Justice Advocacy for Special Ed may collect certain information from and about its users in three ways: directly from my Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies.

    1. Web Server Logs.
      When you visit my Website, I may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information I may track include:

      • Your Internet protocol address.

      • The kind of browser or computer you use.

      • Number of links you click within the site.

      • State or country from which you accessed the site.

      • Date and time of your visit.

      • Name of your Internet service provider.

      • Web page you linked to my site from.

      • Pages you viewed on the site.


    2. Use of Cookies
      Justice Advocacy for Special Ed may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Justice Advocacy for Special Ed reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on my website unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value (such as merging into JusticeAFSE.org a site that relies on third-party cookies). If you reject cookies by changing your browser settings then be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on my Website.

      Visitors to my website can send questions, suggestions, and other information to my site. When you do, I will request some personal information such as name, address, email, or telephone number. You may also be asked to disclose personal information to me so that I can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting. I will not disclose personally identifiable information I collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

    Justice Advocacy for Special Ed/JusticeAFSE.org Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow Justice Advocacy for Special Ed to count users who have visited those pages.Justice Advocacy for Special Ed may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. Justice Advocacy for Special Ed prohibits Web beacons from being used to collect or access your personal information.
