  • I will make every available effort to see that your personal information is secure.

  • I do not collect sensitive information such as credit card information or personal financial information on this site.

    Justice Advocacy for Special Ed is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth my current privacy practices with regard to the information I collect when you or your computer interact with my website.     I do not at this time work with participating merchants. However, related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in Justice Advocacy for Special Ed services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since I do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, I am not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites.     Justice Advocacy for Special Ed may collect certain information from and about its users in three ways: directly from my Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies.

    1. Web Server Logs.
      When you visit my Website, I may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information I may track include:

    2. Use of Cookies

    Justice Advocacy for Special Ed/ Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow Justice Advocacy for Special Ed to count users who have visited those pages.Justice Advocacy for Special Ed may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. Justice Advocacy for Special Ed prohibits Web beacons from being used to collect or access your personal information.
